Product Support and Repairs
SSI has replacement parts in stock for all our systems. With multiple staff in time zones across the USA, we are available by phone or email. Operators may send data or questions to our staff at any time. Our staff can answer any question about smoothness specifications or our collection systems. Each system user will have access to staff numbers, emails, and support content through the SSI Profiler software.
Rental Equipment
Rent SSI equipment for any duration; we’ll deliver, set-up, and train new operators onsite. For vehicle mounted systems, we can install the device onto your vehicle and conduct training. Advanced vehicle integrated systems can be rented with an SSI vehicle. A portion for the rental cost can be applied as a discounts toward system purchases.
Certifications
SSI’s guarantees certification under local standards. Our inertial profiling systems can pinpoint localized roughness (bumps and dips) with unrivaled precision. Running different brands of profilers over a test surface using artificial bumps placed at random locations has proven the superior ability of the SSI system to reproduce the exact length and height of bumps and dips. SSI’s higher precision profile data facilitates new and useful solutions—from real time navigation along pavement profiles to pin-point the edges of mark localized roughness—to enabling operators of grinders and mills to adjust their machines according changes in surface profiler. After the initial training and certification comes the most important time for our customers.
