Software Support
For software issues, SSI has a several support measures available. First, if your SSI device generates an error message, the error message and data file can be sent to SSI Technical Support when internet is available. Program updates are detected automatically when the program is opened and connected to the internet; simply follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the update.
